i needed a car went in and he stayed on the phone.sound like his friend,never got up or looked up at me. I called and asked to talk to the manager he said he was the manager and he said what do i want.Its a shame i use avis when i go to arizona and CHRIS JOHNS Hampton Inn Goodyear AZ. always takes care of me ...enterprise or budget now has my buesness in PA,but in Arizona its Avis all the way

The worst experience ever!!!!!

The Avis rent a car in Springfield, Pa was the worst place I have ever rented a car from.

I was treated rudely by the person working at the desk.

The car that I was given was a mess and had a bad odor coming from somewhere in the car.

I broght the car back to exchange it and I was told that I had to keep the car that it was the only car he had.

Imagine that, a car rental p;lace that rents cars and he was unable to help me.

I will never rent from Avis again!!

Be cautious, do not rent from this Avis.
