    Have taken our Impala to their service dept various times, past 2 yrs, always say, bring it back when it is doing it again.
    Went to another Dealership same week, found the problem while speaking with us.
    Always bought Chevy from Ferris, NO MORE! Been Chevy since 1963, drove nothing else, changing to Dodge!
