this one shop i have worked for that when you start there you make okay moneybut the longer you are there and more time you have in on the clock,you get a pay decrease i started 2 years ago,when they said they are a good company to work for...little did i know it is the worst place ever you start at 12.00 a hour with overtime and a bonus plan,as you GO ooops there goes the bonus,then oops there goes the ovetime(but still want you to stay and work on cars)..then oh you get a promotion to service writer,heres your pay 100.00 a day and commision check...you will make more money and live good on it,end of month comes and oops commission check is 154.00...oh yeah i can live on that???......not.and there medical...sure they pay bare min.on employee but to have family they wont pay anything and you pay for 4 more oh look its a 485.00 payroll deduct....do i trust these guys and should you...NO!!!...ASK ANYONE IN WELLINGTON.I BET YOU GET A EAR FULL OF BAD EXPERIENCE
