terrible

I went to Fred Martin for very first time for a recall,.. thought the trouble I was having was attributed to the recall,. of course they said no...... charged me 150.00 for a repair that should have cost 75 .00 according to my mechanic ,... then went in to pick up my vehicle and had no clue where to go they make you follow them from one side of the store to another from service to cashier ,.. then hand me my key and I ask where I can find my car they point out there against the fence ,.. I had to walk almost 1/8 mile to my car (mind you I am clearly disabled walk with a cane and a hobble) only to find that they have left my windows down all night in the rain storm and my entire interior is soaked ,... I called the service manager to complain ,..hesaid " well these things are beyond his controll but I'm very sorry ",... well I willl say that one thing is within my controll ,.... they will never again see my vehicle nor any of my money....
