washer/dryer/stove/mattress/bo

my sister has been doing business with show place for 5 years and in the five years nothing has been right . poor quality of products, poor service, and when they send someone to fix a problem they usually have to come back several times. she has a washer that hasn't worked since september and has been paid off sinceoctober now they have been out because of her dryer 3 times even leavining a loaner that didn't work either. she will have that paid off in april. she will also have her stove paid off in april and just had them come out because the oven door would lock itself and they (say) it is fixed. then she had them come out to replace her box spring because the one side broke she had the new one 4 days and the other side broke on the replacement. WHAT DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DO TO GET GOOD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY? her mattress has even got springs sticking out of it and she is dibetic if she would even get a scratch from this it could mean her life. these were all bought at the galion ohio store #017. there needs to be some major changes there. i don't know if this email will go to the main office but i sure hope so. please look into this matter as my sister and her husband are both disabled and cannot afford to replace all of this once it is paid off which will be soon.
